A PERSONAL NOTE

“The quality of leadership is determined not only by the decisions leaders make, but by their willingness to understand the human dynamics that shape those decisions. I call this leadership quality: Relational Intelligence.”

Writing allows me to step back from daily practice and reflect on the patterns that emerge across organizations.

Although every organization is different, many leadership challenges are remarkably similar: balancing trust with accountability, navigating politics without becoming political, leading through uncertainty and creating cultures where people are both engaged and responsible.

These publications are written for leaders who believe that better thinking leads to better leadership.
